Approach:
Art-Led, Minimal Design
The design focuses on simplicity and elegance, allowing Barbara’s work to take centre stage. Clean layouts, soft spacing, and carefully considered typography ensure the artwork remains the hero throughout the site. The colour palette reflects her surroundings on the island of Inis Mór, the unique, limestone landscape, the movement of the sea, and the quiet shifts of light that define the Aran Islands.
Clear Structure & Navigation
The site is organised to guide visitors intuitively through the work, with clear categories for Mosaic Art and Oil Paintings. Thoughtful structuring helps users easily understand what is available and explore collections without confusion.
